Our website does not collect personal data.

When you wish to contact us by email or phone, we retain that information for the purpose you intend. We will never pass your details on to anyone else unless you specifically ask us to do so.

Customer information.
We keep records of the work we have carried out until complete and that includes your contact details. We may contact you from time to time to ensure you are happy with the work we have done.

We are required to hold financial information for six years for accounting and tax records.

Customer testimonials.
We are grateful to receive comments on our work and are pleased to receive permission by customers to publish individual testimonials on our website. The same goes for photographs of work. It is our policy not to identify contributors.
